Do not buy
I wish I would have read the reviews first. I expected a rooted prickly pear pad. What I received was a 1” pad in a 4” container. For $24 I expect a bit more. Perhaps I expected this because the image on the website was of a single mature pad. Do not buy this. There are plenty of local folks who will sell you a rooted plant for half the price, and you will actually get something that you do not have to wait ten years for it to grow.

Limping along?
I expected the plant to be little based on reviews, so no shock there. As of now, it's not really growing at all - it's just sort of... there? I think maybe it will get bigger with the warmer weather? Could be user error?

Much smaller than expected
Ended up being VERY small (2 tiny pads) given the price but the plant itself is pretty good.. It has grown a new pad since receiving it and seems to be in very good health. Just small and little root system. Had I known the size to price ratio I probably would have gone to the local nursery, but I this seems to be a good variety so I am happy about that.
