Well worth any way you plant it
I fell in love with these about 20 yrs ago when I could buy the transplants at local nurseries. But they stopped carrying it, so I grew them from seed. Both ways, I planted in a garden plot, where they did very well. Then, life changed and I now grow veggie transplants in pots on my deck. most of them from TSC. I have found that I think the yield of these are much better in the garden, like most, but last season I did get a surprisingly decent crop of delicious peppers from a big pot and was so pleased as I was on the verge of giving up on these beauties in a container garden. I even had to cage them, so vigorous!
