Let them turn red
I grew these last year alongside Mellow Star, and I was initially disappointed with the comparatively mild flavor of the green peppers. However, once they started to turn red, it was a totally different story. The ripe peppers have an excellent sweet flavor, thin walls, and just a little bit of heat. They're great blistered with oil and salt or in a stir fry.

Very tasty!!
These have not been as productive as I had hoped, but they do taste good! The shipping is quite expensive, so I will probably try seeds next year.

Doing great
Got this plant in April and it is now June in Texas. Plant was shipped and packaged well. Plant is thriving and doing well on the Texas heat. Very happy with my purchase!
