Youshou yum!
These bok choy plants germinated quickly and put on great length for bok choy I like to season and grill on open flames. The plant was also slow to bolt and again remained for period of time that allowed to remain freshly available for use throughout growing season.

no bolt!
Maybe it was just our challenging weather this summer (hot June, cool and rainy July and August with a hot day here and there) but Yuushou absolutely refused to bolt (unlike Bopak Baby, which, though slow to bolt, eventually did so). I have never had a pak choi that performed so well here in Fairbanks, Alaska. I am hoping for a repeat performance next year.
