My garden favorite!
I’ve been growing Skyphos for over 10 years and absolutely love the beautiful and crispy heads! Perfect for lettuce wraps and add such wonderful color in my tossed salads as well! I have found it does exceptionally well when I plant my lettuce plants using black landscape fabric in my raised beds! The lettuce stays so much cleaner and there is much less rot when it is a rainy spring! A win/win in my book! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

late bloomer
It was slow to get going, but once it got past the first couple of weeks, it turned into a very productive and amazingly succulent leaved plant. After harvesting leaves a few times, it delivered a delicious head. Long lasting. Different from most other types of lettuce.

Tasty and beautiful
This is the second year I’ve have grown Skyphos lettuce. I grow it in the greenhouse at the beginning of the year and outside as it gets warmer. It germinates quickly and is a tasty and beautiful lettuce.
