Oregon Eskimo
Eskimo carrots were as described. Planted in mid-September in a raised bed in a Quonset greenhouse. A mid-December harvest yielded a beautiful crop of bright, clean 5-6 inch tubers. Excellent flavor and texture wether fresh, roasted or boiled. Highly recommend for fall gardens.
