Tasty carrots!
Highly recommend the Bolero carrots. I grew these last year and had a huge crop. Stored a bunch in the fridge and they lasted for a few months. Very flavorful and easy to grow! I’m excited for them to be ready to eat this year!

One of the best so far
Last year I tried the Bangor and Bolero carrot varieties. They are very similar and both did well, but my impression is that Bolero is a bit bigger and Bangor is a bit better tasting. This opinion only holds if I didn't mix them up! I'll be repeating the experiment this year. Thanks for the tip on pelletized seed from another reviewer; I've never been attracted to it but am bad at thinning.

Great
started 10 weeks ago in 100% compost from our transfer station and the tops are 1.5 inches across and 8-10 inches long sweet flavor that the dogs and family really like.
