New Favorite!

This was my first season planting kalettes and I'm so glad I gave them a try! Germination was a bit lower than I had hoped for, but I still ended up with a few strong plants and a decent harvest (Zone 4b/5a). If you're looking for a unique, tasty twist on kale - and a space-saving vertical crop - kalettes are an interesting option. Requires a little patience, but definitely worth the wait in the end!
