Amazing product! Took a moment for the cats to get used to it, but they love it just as much as we do now.

Ordering and receiving was easy fast and great. The unit itself looks great and works great so far. Very easy and fast setup. Loved the big laminated get started affiche. What I didn't see anywhere is a guide for maintenance or cleaning of the unit. While there is no odour outside the box, it's surprisingly pungent inside. I'm not using your litter yet but mines is really really good with odour so I'm surprised. The app feels a little primitive. Who ever built it did not employ UX professionals. Overall though very satisfied!

Love the ease of it. My cat is still adjusting. We have to remove the lid for a few days until he felt comfortable.
