Steelcase 462 Leap V2 Chair Arm Pads – Premium Replacement Armrests

Very comfortable arm rests, much better than the cheaper ones I had bought earlier. You will need a screwdriver with a special head to install the new arm rests.

Softer arm pads

I never cared for the original Leap arm pads, as they are way too hard and small. The premium arm pads are a huge improvement over the originals. I put a premium pad on the right and kept the original on the left for a day to feel the difference and it is a noticeable difference. One other improvement could be making the arm pads longer. I constantly have to adjust them if I lean back or change positions in the chair.
