The steaks came well packaged with freezer packs & dry ice. There was 1 issue and their customer service was very responsive and handled quickly.

Decided to splurge and buy a filet miignon. Cooked it in a small pan with butter and pepper. It was so delicious! I may be splurging again very soon! 💖
