A must have for any oven

I have used these type of wood fired oven doors many times in the past. This is an essential piece of equipment to have. Works very well. This “accessory” should be included with the oven when purchased. Not including it would be like leaving the door off of an electric oven, and then having to purchase it as an accessory if you want to use the oven. On previously owned wood fired ovens, my wife and I would cook pizza one night, plug the oven with an insulated door to hold the heat, then cook bread or cinnamon rolls the next morning with the residual heat. Just my opinion, I understand the bottom line($$$), so raise the price a little. But customers that don’t purchase it afterwards are missing out on another great experience with the oven.

The Insulating Door does what it should, holds residual heat in your oven sufficient to permit baking the next day. Pizza's Friday night....chocolate chip cookies on Saturday morning. Fits snug, looks high quality and is deceptively heavy. Not much more to say.

Worked Great! Really enjoyed the bread we were able to make because of it.
