As an avid whitewater paddler and guide, this is the only shoe that has lasted longer than one season. From snow covered portages and approaches to weeks of never drying out, these shoes have stood up to a range of abuse. Better designs and better construction than anything on the paddling market.

Always been a fan of this company since the military. No different here, comfortable and fit well.

I had the same issues that have reported, such as the popping, through enough use it eventually fixed itself...my main issue is why make a waterproof shoe and then put a non waterproof spot in the lowest point of the shoe for it to just defeat the whole purpose of waterproofing....plus whatever material that spot is made of is already tearing and wearing and I have only had them a month
