Maritime - Low

The shoes are outstanding and I'll be buying extra pairs in the event Altama stops making them. I use them for everything from hiking, mountain biking and fin workouts (ScubaPro Jet Fins) to daily wear. They drain and dry well when you're coming out from wet conditions, while the soles offer the traction you expect across slippery rocks or trails if you're an old fan of jungle boots. While not a "running" shoe, they support quick and stable movement. My only callout would be to replace the insole if you want something more supportive. Like a sneakily capable and more comfortable pair of chucks, they work well with different attire from jeans and khakis to cargo/board shorts. Buy 'em, roll hard in them and love them.
