We bought rear wheelchair for our dog who has progressive neurological issues and it has been a game changer. The frame is solid, adjusts easily fit. straps don't fit widened frame

The medium fits my dog well. I ordered the warrior harness to use with it. I needed to widen it to fit my dog. Because of this the leg straps did not work correctly. They do not hang 3 inches below the frame. They were too confining for my dog to move properly. I borrowed the next size larger straps from a friend and they work perfectly. Unfortunately you will not change out these straps and to order the other size incurs a shipping charge of $16 in addition to the cost of the straps. It seems if the cart can used adjusted to this width you should be willing to supply straps that are the appropriate size.
