I purchased 2 versions of Black Cohosh... the capsules and the tincture. While the tincture does work okay, the taste and GI effects are not to my liking. The capsules, however, have been a game changer for menopausal support (specifically, hot flushes)! My purchase was influenced by other reviewers who gave high praise to this Oregon's Wild Harvest Black Cohosh. Now I join them in highly recommending this product!
