I’ve tried take multiple times a day Maca capsules & the “swallow dry power” method, neither worked for me. Wild Harvest capsules work well for my lifestyle, do not have a taste, & my body reacts well to the formula. After the commercial brand of maca root recommended by my doctor did not touch my hot flushes, I turned to Oregon's Wild Harvest as their products have always improved the quality of my life. No surprise... OWH's maca worked wonders for greatly reducing hot flushes! I now rotate their maca with their black cohosh and have quality of life again.

Maca provides extra energy throughout the day. Having more energy I get more done
