Shipping needs to get better

Love the product - do not like your shipping. If I order on Wednesday-thru Sat, it doesn’t ship until following Week which means I don’t recieved it until Sat or following Monday. That’s over 7 days or more. I may need to find an alternative raw food source even tho your product is great. I was also told on the phone when I called that you ran out of dry ice to ship so even if I was in the order window of Sun-Tues. it wouldn’t have shipped right away. I went to the store and they were out of stock as well so now I have no food for my dog for 4 days. Can’t rely on this type of service or supply

I have had absolutely no problems with this company or the delivery service I am thrilled! I had to buy this product on my own the woman I bought it from recently passed away, it was very smooth transition And of course my three dogs absolutely love this food!
