I grapple and have witnessed numerous peers have neck issues. Since I'm approaching my 50s and have not had any major neck issues, I decided to get an Iron Neck and start working, hoping it would help with injury prevention. After two weeks my neck is more mobile and far less stiff! I use the Iron Neck for 5 minutes every morning and there has been a noticeable difference so far! Love it!
