Sierra Flame 34-inch Electric Fireplace Insert

Item came as described and it works great. It’s a beautiful insert.

I am waiting to hear from Electric Fire Place Depot. My unit did not come with the log set that is shown in the picture. It came with 6 logs, instead of the translucent insert that is shown in the picture, which looks like actual logs in a fire place. Otherwise the LED lights work great. You are able to change the flames affects which is the reason i purchased this unite. I am wating to hear from Electric Fire Place Depot and Amanita (Sierra Flame) and how to going rectify the problem.
