Best bread ever

I've been consuming whole grain bread for fifty years, and I've had many excellent breads. This one tops the list because of its flavor and texture. I like it plain or toasted in a little oil. When it comes around I get several loaves and freeze them. Of course it's best when it first comes out of the oven, but it freezes well.

Best bread for toast

This is my favorite bread from Beck's. There are two kinds of people in this world, toast people and non-toast people. I am definitely a toast person. My ideal, and virtually only, breakfast is two pieces of toast with peanut butter,honey and various homemade jams. Beck's Einkorn loaf gives the absolute best toast, crunchy around the crust and just a little softer in the middle. My only complaint is that the loaves should be bigger... if that is possible.
