The best low acid very smooth

Shining Rock is absolutely my favorite! The low acidity and full flavor is a game changer for anyone with acid reflux issues. I just ran out and I had one of the name brands in the pantry, so I reluctantly made it and the smell as horrible when it was brewing, the taste was just as bad. Definitely ordering another 5lb bag today!!!! In the meantime, I will grab a bag of another PCR blend from a local grocery store.
