Basil Olive Oil

I like this very much. Recently I have been making Thai meals and most use a lot of basil. The basil oil adds just a touch more of flavor.

Basil oil has many uses

I make my own sometimes, but don't always have time. It is good in scrambled eggs, quiche, frittatas, potato salad, and with any dish using tomato and garlic, and of course, chef salads and other lettuce salads. Countless ways to use it, really.
