Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil

It is excellent!

I love the robust flavor of the mushroom sage olive oil especially for roasted or stir fried vegetables.

Mushroom Sage has a delicate flavor. It accompanies pork and cream of mushroom soups beautifully. I have found that some of the flavor dissipates if incorporated with frying meats. However, when drizzled over a main course when resting it brings out the natural flavors of the main course!
