Dark Chocolate Balsamic Dsappointment

I was disappointed with the Dark Chocolate Balsamic. I first tried it alone, hoping for a smooth/sweet chocolate flavor. I got no chocolate flavor with a sharp tang of balsamic vinegar as I swallowed. I tried the product with various types of food to see if the chocolate flavor would come through. Gradually as I tried to focus my taste buds I found a slight touch of chocolate but still with a strong vinegar tang. There is not enough chocolate to consider the product as a go-to for any food pairing. ;(

Delicious on salad or ice cream

Amazing with olive oil as dipping for a good sourdough.
