Absolutely love this memorial boxes! We were looking for something that didn't scream an urn, but that was special for our family. These boxes are high quality, and look amazing! We have 3 of them, and would recommend them to anyone looking!

I was very impressed when I received this urn. I ordered two, one black and one in cherry. I have them on my shelf. I like the contemporary style, and how they go with anything. I don’t feel weird about having my pets memorial out. It is done tastefully. The quality is nice. I like the engraving in the wood rather than putting a metal tag on it. I didn’t have any nicks or scratches. They were packed very well into two boxes and with packing peanuts. As for the size, I ordered medium. One of my dogs was 40lbs, he fit with a small amount of room left over. But not enough for me to store his other things in. My other dog was 30lbs. The urn held her ashes just fine.

I was looking for an urn for my precious dog that didn't LOOK like an urn. This photo box urn was perfect...I can display it in any room with it just appearing to be a frame holding a picture of my beloved Mya.... When my urn arrived it was damaged. I immediately sent an email about the damage and included pictures, asking for direction on how to get it replaced. I received a prompt response and had a new urn at my doorstep within days! Quick and simple! Even had it the day before receiving the ashes back. I was very grateful to not have any additional stress added to an already sad time by having to deal with a complicated, time consuming return/ exchange process. This is my second pet urn purchase from this company and they will continue to get my business and praise. Great product, great service.
