Updated Review: It's never easy shopping for something like this, but still I am happy with my selection, it makes a perfect forever resting space for my furbaby. The cherrywood is beautiful and smooth, the picture frame slide isn't loose, and the bolt is secure. It is very sturdy, and the engraving was crisp and clean. My only original complaint was I believed the protective screen had a gouge. Customer service was amazing, reaching out to inform me that the screen traditionally came with a protective cover. Turns out that is true and that was where the damage was. So now my baby's home is truly a perfect second forever home. 5/5 love and appreciation though to the customer service team for not only professionally offering me guidance, but for also offering steps forward had my urn truly been damaged.

The urn came so fast. It was here before I received my pets ashes. It's great quality and just what I expected. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect is that the glass for the the picture isn't crystal clear.

This is our second time using Old World. First of all, I do very little reviewing products. But I have to say, they are amazing. We received our product quick with both. The second one I ordered on Friday morning, and had it by Saturday afternoon. Wow. The product is high quality. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for your great service.
