Great for stubborn or stuck parts.
I wish I'd had this small rubber rectangle sooner. It's one of those things you didn't realize how much you'd appreciate until you actually have it.

I wanted to take my pens apart and give them a good cleaning. Yes, I could have used something else in my house to pull them apart, but these Goulet Grips work so well.
