Noodler's Southwest Sunset - Ink Sample

Gorgeous, but slow drying

I love how this ink looks, but sadly, on the Midori MD paper I primarily use, I would have to leave the page open for around 2 hours, and some of the dots might still not be dry. It's not as bad with more absorbent papers, but still takes relatively forever. The shading is gorgeous, so I feel bad blotting it away, but I'd like to eventually be able to turn pages in my notebook! I'm having a similar, but not as extreme, issue with Noodler's golden brown, so maybe it's just something going on with Noodler's inks with yellow background tones. It's making me very wary of their inks in general, though.
