I roasted it to a nice medium + roast. Not the first time I’ve ordered the Papua New Guinea from Fresh Roasted Coffee and won’t be the last. Great beans. Great price. Awesome company!

Good late afternoon coffee

I prefer Java but the Papua New Guinea is a nice substitute. Roasted medium and darker, the darker having a more chocolate flavor. It makes a nice afternoon cup of coffee.

I did a medium toast. Turned out very well. Will probably order more.
