Absolutely fabulous flavor and incredible ease of use. The Mole Poblano has smoky, earthy top notes with a profound fruity undercurrent. The Mole Pipian is at once homey and suave with its perfect pitch of salt, echoing bass notes of toasted corn tortillas, and rich nuttiness. The ingredients for both recipes are also impeccable. What an amazing set of products!

Absolutely love green mole sauce now more than traditional red mole sauce. Hernan transports you to a paradise in Mexico, for me in the jungle part of Cancun where I experienced the best culinary flavors of Mexico in early 2000.
