I have purchased many items from Wintergreen and will continue to do so. The Shell Pants and all other items purchased are of the highest quality, in materials and workmanship. Frankly, Wintergreen is the only retailer that I can say that about in today's environment. Their products are made to endure long term.

Very very small

I returned them. They were way smaller than an older pair I have in a smaller size. Too bad, because they are otherwise great pants.

Amazing costumer service

I had ordered these pants along with a custom order jacket and received them in a month and a half. I was excited to have gotten them, when I ordered the pants (in which I have about 4 other similar pairs of pants) I ordered the size I usually did only to find this new pair was tighter than usual. I contacted costumer service to work out an exchange and received a new pair within 2 weeks! They made the exchange process super easy and even sent me a super generous package in the mean time! Such an amazing company who really care for their costumers!
