I looked all over the internet to find a nice pair of Minimalist sneakers, watched Rose cut them in half and the Encore / white fix the bill. Very comfortable, but with a firm feel. I have Hokas for walking, but these are very nice and very well made. The leather is soft but still firm kind of like a nice pair of dress shoes, and very soft leather inside. All the attention to detail is what makes these a very nice pair of shoes. I think they are well worth the price. I'm 71 and they look classy on a older man
