Does The Job
I bought this specifically for my Neutrino. To me it's a far more elegant solution than a huge stack of spacers to get the bars up higher.

I have these on two old mountain bikes along with Granola bars. Works great to get the bars higher and I love how they look.

Special Needs Stem & Excellent Customer Service
Due to a super short head tube on my large Gorilla Monsoon and a back injury I needed a long stem to raise my bars enough to get comfortable. I bought my frame with an uncut steering tube. Just what the Doctor ordered! And I needed the stem for a Katy Trail ride, but was shipped wrong color stem. An email to Velo Orange and next day overnighted the proper stem! Made my ride on time! Excellent customer service! Very happy!
