Great and YERY quick servic e to replace our broken stone i did not expect such a great response, but - 3 days after ordering the new hot stone wS in my hand

My first round of buying the cooktop went poorly as it came broken in half. BUT when I wrote in about the problem, Sonja was very helpful and cordial about the whole thing. I was able to get a replacement cooktop and now my set is officially complete! Customer service like that is sometimes rare, so it was refreshing.

Our friends have a similar Raclette and we have been to their home twice...I had never seen or heard of anything like that....So my dear friend bought for me the beginning set and I purchased the stone....As this is all coming together we have not used yet But it will be soon
