Bull Head Shallot Sauce

Pure savory - while it is good with so many things my go-to is with chili oil on rice - very simple and delicious. I am vegan and wish it was screamed loud and clear that is it vegan. My daughter even more so - words like flavor enhancer and natural flavors are enough to drive some vegans away. The recipes I see for this kind of condiment do not have those ingredients - if it was possible I would have the ingredients close to that. My son made some several months ago and it was very good with fewer ingredients. I dropped some off at my fav restaurant for them to try. It seems kind of expensive but to make it would take a long time and shallots are pretty expensive here in the stores. I am a fan and will order again as long as it doesn't get expansive.
