One cat started using it right away. The others were a little skeptical at first (one is very skittish and scared of everything, but even he is drinking out of it all the time). They rarely use their old bowl now and seek this one out. I think I'll have to buy more eventually and keep one on each level of the house.

Somehow your company has me signed up for a subscription of water filters... I have wrote your support team and asked repeatedly to CANCEL.. Do I get an email saying this was ended as requested? No.. I get an email that says the shipment is going to be shipped and I will be getting billed $20 plus! Please end the filter shipments immediately! Thank you. This is my last effort before writing negative comments on every advertisement you post. This is REDICULOUS! I never signed up for it. I only wanted a bowl for my cat! Thank you...love the bowl but I will order filters as needed!! Jim

It works beautifully, and since our boys are inside/outside, we still haven't had the chance to see them drinking. We will soon!!
