I have an older RV (2007) and needed a new ac unit that would fit. I emailed the website and they got back to me quick and the part fit and was installed without any problem. I even called camping world and they said they would have to take a tech to find out if it would fit. I am very happy with the customer service and the quick response. Hopefully I don’t have to come back again but I will if I need them
