This review is more for the Atwood team than the product. I am not a climbing professional or anything like that. I must also say that I would much prefer to purchase things locally rather than over the internet. That said, the five star review is for the fast, courteous, and professional service. I contacted the customer support team to change my order after it was placed. The customer service folks responded to my request almost imediately, gladly altered the order, and everything showed up on time and the updated order was accurate. Who could ask for more? The next time I need rope or cordage, I will look no further than Atwood.
