Smooth tasting oil used in cooking, seems to have a nice smoke point and great adherence to meats. Tastes great when dipping, very smooth and unlike a lot of oils, it’s olivey in a very light way. Perfect, and of course even better knowing it supports those from Palestine who struggle under occupation in the West Bank, and face an extinction of their livelihoods and work which they have catered for hundreds of years through generations.
