Stoiq Carry-On Solution 25L

Have ordered 4 bags, one had pump that never turned on- first bag slowly leaks vacume through closure on zipper unless pulled very hard several times to seal. Remaining 2 of 4 work as advertised. After waiting weeks on delivery from China and have problems with 2/4 bags i would not make this mistake again. These are the most expensive of these types of bags, expected more for $250- There is no way to contact seller, customer service or any link to the company. I understand defective items, but at the very minimum have a way to contact the seller- being that it took 3 weeks to get here from China, then no US or Japan contact info. I would recommend not buying these from here. Update- they responded that i didnt know how to use a zipper- the problem is the pump doesnt even turn on- not even the problem- despie my follow up they have made no effort to replace or refund. I bought 4, only 3 work- would never have done buss with them- do not buy- learn from my mistake

I really like my 17L Stoiq bag, but my 25L bag arrived with a bad seal and won't remain airtight. Stoiq has a life time warranty but I have been unable to reach anyone at their customer service team - you have to submit a request to contact them and then they reach out to you it seems. No one has reached out in the four days since I requested to contact them. There is also no way to initiate a return from your orders page.

This is a joke of a pack. Don't waste your money.
