Per their website, their shipping time was: "Orders ship the same day from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 5-8 business days." I ordered 2 weeks in advance of my trip thinking that would be plenty of time. I was wrong. The bags took 11 days from when I placed my order just to reach the US from their country of manufacture. Needless to say I left for my trip without them and with the cheap Amazon bags I had to scramble to get before leaving. I had my husband open the bag (they didnt ship in a box to protect the items inside, just a plastic bag) and test out the compression. The compression turned out to be underwhelming even after giving the pump a full charge. I guess I am better off with my cheap Amazon bags. Hope this review helps others with their decisions.
