Nigara Hamono AS Migami Flat Bunka 170 mm

The finish is subtle but sleek, and looks humble from afar but stunning up close. It has a stable-feeling, blade heavy balance, and obviously a nice flat edge. Ive only used it a handful times but I’ve found this ideal for mincing herbs, tip work, and slicing. It’s a laser and really sharp as anything, but it stands out to my eye as being wonderfully simple and elegant. My picture doesn’t capture the detail but it really looks so great in the hand.

Mincing garlic with these is so nice. Although it is very flat so sometimes I gid the tip on the cutting board. I need to work on my cutting skill.

Great value and excellent service. I’ve used my new knife so much I’ve had to sharpen it already. It came laser sharp out of the box and looks and feels amazing. I’d throughly recommend to anyone.
