Gorgeous oil

I love this oil. I enjoy making roast veggies as a base for many dishes (soups, pastas, sides to meat dishes) and it is the perfect oil to bring out the best flavour when roasting the veggies. I honestly use this oil almost every day so I'm glad I have two bottles in my pantry!

Je m'attendais à ce que le goût soit plus intense. Par contre la bouteille est très bien pensée avec un bec verseur qui se déploie quand on ouvre le bouchon. Très facile à doser. Il me manque le paquet de sumac que j'avais commandé avec l'huile...
