Very dusappibted with this product. Fully charged amd it keeps cutting out after less than a minute. I will comtact cudtomer srrvice, but not holding out much hope for a postive response. It took me 3 attemps via email for the customer service team ro semd me a lonk to the free e-book, which I should initially have revieved. I requested at the same time for a user guide to be sent to me. Three times they responded the user guide is only available digitally. I requested the digital version to be issued to me. Still not received the user guide. Very disappointed withbthenproduct and customer service.

Do not buy from this company! The product doesn't work and they are awful at communicating and resolving disputes. The device worked for the first day but hasn't worked since, even after troubleshooting. I contacted the company with my concerns and they requested me to send a video of the defective product, which I provided to them. Since then, I have only received automated replies from the company promising that I will "hear back from a senior team member with an official update regarding your review within 1–2 business days." I have never heard anything back from them and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Over priced, doesn’t wirk that great! Don’t waste your money! Flawless works much, much better & way cheaper! Only difference I see is the Bloomly had a slightly bigger head! Very disappointed in this overpriced gadget & falls short on their claims!
