LuxePro™ Blade Refill

I love everything about this order. Also, customer service was so gracious and merciful. I was out of town when this was delivered. Long story short, the package on my end was misplaced for over a week. I found it yesterday and immediately responded back with my deepest apologies because, I emailed CS and was not very nice due to being scammed. They were still so kind. Then, I finished opening the product which was meticulously and beautifully packaged. The packaging was only the beginning. The products are ver well made. I did a small little test and it is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend.

I was not happy about how this company treated me ..I received product in about 3 weeks after order placed and then was charged for“ subscription “ a few days later for new blades. I had ordered extra blades with first order and asked to be charged 2 months out . I cannot understand why I need to tell the company to inform them of my first order that was late . I had expedited shipping . Not happy at sll .

It works so well I would purchase again
