I have very sensitive skin and the plant retinols burned my undereyes and i couldn’t use it. Im very disappointed but want to acknowledge how outstanding the customer service was. I had no trouble canceling the subscription and was sent refund instructions. No trouble whatsoever. Im sad i cant use it. This is a good company, i just cant use the product ony skin.
