Mixed Berry Edge + Caffeine

Great for a pick-me-up during a race

I take a non caffeinated UCAN gel before and every three miles of my long runs. The added caffeine helps give my 12+ mile push to the finish an extra kick.

No sugar

I love how it has no sugar so my glucose doesn’t spike. I’ve used this on a couple 12+ mile runs. I’m a slow runner so I take one every 3-4 miles and have not had any digestive issues and no crashes. It’s a little thicker than the non caffeinated mango so ensure you have a couple swigs of water available.
