Silicone Dough Mat - Large 20” x 28”

OUTSTANDING!!!

I have used (and mangled) two other silicone pastry mats. I thought they were good. BOY, was I ever wrong! I ordered this expecting the same as what I had used in the past. I had no idea that it would be so heavy and so amazing! I have used it five times now and I keep getting more and more impressed with the mat. It stays put. I use a very light spray of olive oil on the mat and my dough just releases like magic! I will NEVER go back to a plain silicone mat ever again! I don't think, barring damage I do to it accidentally, it will ever need to be replaced! If you are on the fence about this dough mat, just buy it! You will thank yourself over and over!

I have very generic countertops so I needed this mat for rolling dough out on. I love how large it is, it’s exactly what I needed.
