Hydrogen Water Bottle

I love my hydro bottle specifically the size. It’s not too intimidating which makes going through multiple refills easy. I dropped my first bottle a week ago getting out of my work truck and instantly ordered another cause I need this in my life.

Did not receive the order not their fault the delivery person placed it right on porch basically on the stairs in view of everyone 654 in the morning and someone stole it. I contacted them and no one answered to help to at least report the delivery person it can be hidden behind the bench and planter. The way other delivery persons who are smart do

I just received the product today and, when I took it apart to clean it, I noticed that the glass is chipped. I did not find any glass chips anywhere in the assembly or the packaging so, I have to assume that it was not inspected properly. I have attached a picture. I am waiting for a response from Hydroh but, as yet, nothing. I may be looking for a FULL REFUND if I don’t hear back from them soon.
